Re: Volga-Dnepr suing Boeing over freighters it couldnt commit to but now wants

It's already found a new owner ! It looks like there is at least one of the four B748F's ready and waiting to be delivered to Volga-Dnepr: https://www.planespotters.net/airframe/boeing-747-8-vq-bio-airbridgecargo/edwmmv Wait, who’s the new owner??? Re: Internal tussle as Boeing weighs future of 747

The article makes it seem that they want all 4, as well as the 777Fs that Boeing put on the ASC 606 list, unless there is another source that I am missing. The "four" frames they want are one 747-8F and three 777F. Ah, that makes more sense with respect to the near term deliveries and the...

They have a backlog of 24, so 4 years at 6/yr. If no new orders are booked by mid 2020, it will likely stop. Orders placed indicate Boeing is more ahead building more than not. Possibly they are aware of a 20 unit order out there, freighters do keep selling. There is the Volga-Dnepr MoU for 20 that...

The singleton seems most likely another ABC order, since they have been firming those up in ones and twos. I believe they have 7 remaining on the MoU if this one is actually a firming of theirs. I hope the 777Fs are not for LH Cargo, just because I like to continue to see that livery on those MD-11s. Reality being what it is, it very easily could be for them, although 9 would mean they are potentially hanging on to the 2 or 3 youngest frames, or taking a slight reduction in capacity. After...

Re: Another United gaffe - forces doctor off plane

You've confused me. Earlier, you argued that they were not LEOs. That's not correct. Not, you are arguing that they are not police. That is correct. IF you ask almost anyone to give you a synonym for "law enforcement officer," the response would be something like "policeman" The...

I believe there are only two frames that fall into that category? One is 1446, where the Prin...

Re: Official 747-8 Flight Tracking/Production Part 18

Looks like Chinese leasing company BOC, has picked up NCA's 2 cancelled birds, https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bizjournals.com/seattle/news/2017/03/31/boeing-sells-two-747-8-freighters-to-china-leasing.amp.html Unlikely as they weren't in the production line.
