Apart from reducing fuel consumption, Winglets also add on weight.
If the flights are not cruising for too long, the fuel efficiency achieved would be less than the weight added & wont serve the purpose.

Check your APU module BITE, you will get the reason for the shutdown & suspect component.
Since it started normally on landing, it could have been a signal error too.
Best is to troubleshoot it.

Is there a reason for the design of the Pf rake of the EPR system on the RB211-535E4 powerplant.
PF rake is on Upper right & Lower left frame horizontally positioned
&
Upper Nose Bifurcation splitter and Lower Radial drive fairing Leading edge.

What justifies this particular locations.

The condition is .....Is the company SOP being violated.

Mostly transported by Road on trucks.
Some large equipment are dismantled to fit in the transport vehicle
Fuel is drained and Battery removed for safety purposes.

It always hurts me to see the amount of food and beverage items that are wasted at the end of each flight. Any reason why if the Left Recirculation fan is Inoperative on a B757 Freighter [No RH Recirculation fan present on freighter]
The condition for MEL despatch is the Aft bulk cargo compartment needs to be empty or hold only Ballast.

By regulation unneeded talk is not permitted, but practically a word or two of a greeting to someone known is done as long as its not jamming the frequency.

It depends on the sector that is reduced.....If the station was a transit base & the Airlines does not foresee a resumption of that station soon, then staff will be layed off with a 90 day salary, or as per the appointment letter. It does matter as it gives an indication on the students progress along the way.
Although weightage based on the job you apply for will matter the most...earlier grades will play a role too.
