I don't think the Max 8 would make it either with headwinds, higher elevations, or with summer heat. Max 7 has more range but won't be coming until later that may make it to SLC and DEN.

Surprised to see WN apply for so much from HOU. In their analysis of DL/AM MEX market they listed potential routes DEN/PHX/Others - MEX. I suppose there is a round 2 for the next set.

I don't see anything new route wise. At least from IND.

There are some crazy routings that show up in the booking engine. Like 4+ stops, not sure if that is supposed to be there or is a glitch.

Totally agree that SkyTeam seems like a better fit long-term. Don't have to compete with Copa for Star passengers or North to South America transit as much. Little to no overlap with AM and AR.

I think UA has looked at closing IAD and creating a new hub. I'd think TPA would be a second choice behind RDU in such a scenario, but I think RDU is a much better choice because there isn't enough USA south of TPA and it's Latin ties are too weak compared to MIA/FLL/MCO. RDU makes alot more sense ...

Strange. WN definitely did not announce LGB-DEN. Checked random dates and couldn't find the nonstop flights. It would be a very good add.

Maybe it is a one off or an announcement soon. CMH-OKC showed up on the routemap thanks to a couple of one of flights because of Ohio State football game.

Interesting. From what I recall all flights were suppose to start within 90 days of the official date that they recevied authority.

If that is the case WN will have issues as well. No sign of a schedule for any of their flights.
