Re: Guy runs out on tarmac trying to catch his Jetblue flight.

Its certainly possibly that the upper jetway door was left open while the gate agent went to move the jetway off the aircraft and he ran down with nobody up top to stop him. If the back door was open (most agents leave it open to better hear what is going on behind them and make it easier than havi...

He looks to have gotten on the Jetway when the plane doors were already closed, he did not run on the Tarmac after the plane. Title is a bit misleading Not misleading, I was there when it happened. He rant out of the doors that lead to the tarmac, then ran up the side stairs of the jetbridge to get...

Re: How come DL185 (ATL-PVG) is not a polar route today but DL583 (DTW-PVG) is!?

Atlanta is much hotter than Detroit. The aircraft could experience sudden temperature changes going from the very warm southern US (ATL) into a freezing polar environment. These sudden temp fluctuations could possibly compromise aircraft structure. Say what now....where the heck did you pull this o...

Wasn’t the removal of the 2L/R door to allow more seating and still keep legroom. I thought I recall reading that with those doors gone that space can provide extra rows. If so then isn’t that floor space being left behind? My only thinking is maybe they won’t add the extra rows is because they’d ha...

Some of the ESA blame lies with the airlines and rediculous fees. My 9 pound dog fits comfortably in her carrier underneath the seat in front and for that it costs $250 round trip... that jumps to $300 round trip if you have to check a bag as result. If the fee was more commensurate with the space ...

The airlines follow the law here. As it’s states they’re only allowed to ask certain questions and that’s it. So I’m wondering what argument she can really make here. I know this is a case of sue the person with the deepest pockets, but I think she should sue soley the dog owner. My question is, can...

It will be interesting to see whether the airline appeals. I'd expect the Ninth Circuit to uphold the decision, so it could really come down to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court could decline to hear the case, but I would expect that the airlines would want them to as pretty much every major car...
