P90X Workout Schedule

The first week will be brutal. I remember after my first plyo routine I could barely bend my legs the next day... Your body will start to adapt and weeks 2 and 3 won't be as bad. Be sure to get plenty of rest and eat right. Poor diet will only make it worse. By week 3 I was back to going for a 5k ru...

That is the system- they were getting on Cutler the last two weeks to take his 3-5 steps and throw the ball to a point on the field. The receiver needs to be there an either catch the ball or play DB and breakup the pass. When it works, it creates some HU...

The Santa Barbara Inn is right across the street from the Doubletree. Rooms on par with a regular Hilton or Marriott, maybe a little bit larger, for a much more reasonable price. A short walk downtown as well. I've never had their breakfast, have always driven down to Sambo's instead. Also well wort...

Drag an app on top of another app, it will create and name a folder for you.

To multitask, DOUBLE tap the home button while still in an app. It will allow you to load up another recently used app without shutting down the current one. So start playing Pandora, double tap, then open facebook.

Best STOL kitted Cessna I flew was a 402B with the Robertson STOL kit. It replaced the split flaps with slotted Fowler flaps and drooped the ailerons (5 degrees IIRC) with takeoff flaps selected. The slotted Fowler flaps increased the wing area enough to reduce Vmc by 25 knots, and Vyse by 20. The n...

If done properly the banner should gently ...
