You can upload 20 in queue when you have 500 pictures in database. When you reach 1000 in database you can upload 40.
Jump to postSigma 100-400 contemporary (about 650 new, 400 or so used) is a way better choice for wildlife and plane spotting. A lot of the pictures from my database were taking with these lens and a canon 70d. I use Sigma 100-400, too, on Nikon D800. Absolutely a decent telephoto lens for aircraft spotting. T...

Jump to postI still have some film cameras: Nikon FE, Nikon F80, Fuji GS645, Fuji Klasse, Mamiya RB67. And I only shoot B&W film because it's easy and convenient to develop & scan them at home.

Jump to postJust get banned from the DB because of "uploading photos without changes". And the rejection reason is always "soft", can anyone tell me witch portion of these photos are soft? To be honest, for me the acceptance standard is getting more and more ridiculous. This will only disapp...

I've noticed that the newly accepted photos in database have a WEBP format instead of JPG. What makes me puzzled is that one of my photo have been very poorly compressed. 5410527 (Please note the registration number of the fuselage, the quality looks terrible. That wasn't the case before I uploaded ...
Jump to postThat's #5149427. It should have been rejected for the reason of double. Because I have upload a similar photo in the database before (same aircraft, same reg. same airport, same date and same angle).
Thanks!
Then that accounts for it. I found all my images disappeared just now.
haha
observation deck? I recommand Hong Kong. One of the busiest airports in Aisa. But you'd better take a 400mm lens (in full frame) at least. Been to most of the major airports in Asia for spotting already. Love the deck at HKG airport. I was looking for something out of the beaten path. So Bali it is...

Jump to postHi Harry,
It looks as if there are still 3 or 4 dirty spots in the top left corner of you picture.
Maybe that's the reason why the screener rejected your picture.
I would highly recommend staying away from the bridge cameras as image and optic quality really drops off the further out you zoom, especially with the incredibly small sensors these cameras have. Even a 10 year old used Nikon D40x & 70-300 zoom will yield greatly better images than any of the ...
Jump to postI totally agree above. A DSLR for beginners such as Nikon D3400 or Canon 750D with a long-focus lens would be much better than superzoom camera!
