The Dutch Navy lost one of its NH90 helicopters near the coast of Aruba, 2 of the 4 crew unfotunately died.
The helicopter was stationed on the Patrol vessel ZMS Groningen.

I would venture a guess and opt for high altitude airports, some of the Chinese himalaya airports
or the likes of La Paz SLLP airport in Bolivia at 13000-ish feet.
IAS might be the same but groundspeed (wheelspeed) will be considerably higher than at sealevel.

297 A320neo including test aircraft still at Airbus
50 A321neo including test aircraft still at Airbus
