B6 matched AS offer on VX, it just was mainly a stock offer vs cash that AS came with. B6 could try that again but I don’t think their stock is what it was at the time and the offer likely wouldn’t be considered vs all cash.

They can't put their code on it because of the merger restrictions, but there is no restrictions on them selling the AA nonstops. They probably chose not to because they want people to buy there own nonstops. They get no benifit form selling the AA flights.... How would you sell a non-stop AA fligh...
