Re: AA LUS A321 cabin refurbs

Why does Delta get so much credit, only because they offer PTVs? Their 321 are 191 seats, that’s including 20 first, and super tight lavs with spaceflex galleys... miserable airplane to be on for mid length and longer flights. Exactly! You could have 225 seats on an A321, but as long as you have th...

1) Why did you fly LHR-AUH-ORD? Why not just fly LHR-ORD? While EY can be good, no service (or potential service) is worth that much of a detour. None. Thanks for your feedback...definitely interesting to hear what service levels you have experienced on EY. I'll probably avoid EY in the future, but...

Re: Rumor: AA dropping ORD-DUS; AB starting ORD-DUS; AA starting ORD-AMS

Could the opening for Dutch speaking FAs also be for existing routes to AUA, CUR, and SXM? No. AA has never staffed those destinations with Dutch speakers. Especially SXM, where the locals don't speak Dutch, but English, with the rest being French. AUA has a small Dutch speaking population, with mo...

Re: Rumor: AA dropping ORD-DUS; AB starting ORD-DUS; AA starting ORD-AMS

I understand there are legalities behind it, but having Dutch speaking FA's seems pointless to me. Much like Germany, English is widely understood. Sure there are some who don't speak English, but unlike people in the US many Europeans (France not included) speak multiple languages. It's a courtesy...

Re: Question: TWA Flights that did not touch JFK or STL

TW had for several years in the 90s MIA-SJU. Which operated with a mix of 72S/L10. Towards the end of their existence, the operated LAX-SJU with 752s, and LIS-BCN as a tag from JFK, also with 752s. As has been mentioned before, they had a smaller short lived ATL mini hub. That included a mix of 727s...
