How about B787-20/22? Full length double decked b787 with 3-3 seating on upper deck.-20 has same length as -10 model and -22 is ~5m longer
B787-20 has ~500 seat in 2 class (B747-8 replacement) and B787-22 has ~580 seat in 2 class (A380 replacement)
