the Chinese recently stopped American carriers from PEK due to covid they claimed. The US immediately cut Chinese airlines flights by the same amount whereupon the Chinese Cancelled their restrictions. As it should be. There are many versions of this in existence, and this is 100% the least interesting and boring version. And they also reuse line (that first class line for example was used in a skit by black AA flight attendants in a recent skit)

Also want to add that on the RT JFK-SAL last week, the seats on Avianca actually were not bad? I was in economy and the seats don't recline but it felt like they werent straight up at 90 degrees. There was a slight natural incline and I never once felt uncomfy. I even slept, alot!
