Southwest Airlines comes first to mind for me. WN is most certainly a major.

And Jet Airways ... arguably a major, though it controls 50% of the domestic aviation market in the world's second most populous country.

My understanding is that the computer systems typically use three attributes

- Flight number
- Date
- Departure city

as a primary key to identify a unique flight.

Participation is determined by the marketing carrier, not the operating carrier. So, in this case, anything with a QF code will show, even though the same flight with the SA code may not.
