As I'm from outside the U.S, I have only visited 5 states (set foot in) during my travels.

Florida (my first visit to the U.S)
Hawaii
Indiana
New York
California

If we're including connections then,

Texas (IAH)
New Jersey (EWR)

To protect the seats and cockpit mechanisms, I guess. You can get to the cockpit of the Concorde at the museum at the Manchester airport. You certainly can't get into the cockpit of the Concorde at Duxford. I visited Concorde Alpha Foxtrot in Filton back in 2010 and you were able to sit in the seat...

So, where does this flight rank on the worlds longest flights then? Second longest, after QR's AKL-DOH. It's 22 miles shorter than AKL-DOH, 186 miles longer than EK's AKL-DXB. Thanks. Wow that's a heck of a long way to go on a 787, absolutely impressive. As others have said, air travel sure has pro...

The only airline where I can safely say that I've been on the same plane twice is with Virgin Atlantic on their beach fleet. I know I've been on G-VLIP and G-VROS at least twice, and all the others at least once. I believe it's the 2001 builds I've been on more than anything else though.

Last domestic flight I had on a widebody was back in 2012. It was on a AC 763 going from YYZ to YVR. I remember that one especially because it was delayed on it's inbound journey due to the bad weather in Toronto. To make matters worse, the flight was delayed even further when it was revealed that o...

Had it happen on a couple of flights quite some time ago. The flights in question were both BA 2036 MCO-LGW in summers of 1994 and 1996. Never did understand why they applauded when the flights in question were very smooth and uneventful.

LTN is a dump. I had the misfortune of landing here from EDI a couple of years ago as that was the cheapest easyjet flight available at the time. The terminal is very dull, depressing and lacks any character. It certainly gets my vote for being the worst in the UK.
