To my mind the FO did a great job. Pilots are trained ad nauseam to perform to proceedures. This FO had to perform PF and PNF duties himself at the same time as well as being in a very tense cockpit.

Hi, I am planning a visit to Duxford Imperial War Museum in the UK. There used to be a bus that runs from the train station directly to the museum which, sadly nowadays only runs on Sundays and airshow days. Any suggestions how to get to the IWM avoiding an expensive taxi ride?

The fact remains that the flight plan had been altered the night before by ANZ ops without the knowledge of the crew. Therefore all decisions made by the crew during the flight were on the assumption that they were somewhere which in fact they were not.
