Re: Motive rejection

Hi Rainer IMO, maybe it got rejected for cropping. in the first picture, i think airplane is too much off centered even though it doesn't show full water salute. about second one, it's hard to figure out what the main subject is at first. also there is a distracting thomas cook in front and aircraft...

Re: Photoshopped photo?

Agree with dutchspotter1, cpd, vikmyvik. I'm surprised to upload such a photo which is not even photoshopped exquisitely by long time photog who already has 3.7k in db, and even more surprised that it passed screening. tbh, I felt something is wrong even from the thumbnail. I always appreciate scree...

Re: Photoshopped photo?

Either way you are out of line posting that here. If you have reason to believe a pic in the DB has been cloned or photoshopped in some way email the screeners privately. You are dragging a long time photog though the mud here. No, I saw some posts like this have been posted in the past in this forum

Photoshopped photo?

Look at the edge of aircraft, and canopy. it's very unnatural like the F35 is cut out from other background.
Im suprised that screener didn't notice this

Any other thought?

Re: Rejected for Personal Message

hello
personal message means the screener gives you an advice or details regarding your rejected photo, is not your comment to screener.
you can find personal massage from screener at the botton of the email.

Re: Cupid arrow heart

Hello Geuwon: We have accepted these types of images in the past and one from you as well. However, we are no longer accepting them. The accepted images will remain in the database but no new ones with this motive should be accepted. They are nice images, no doubt, but technically speaking they do ...

Re: Cupid arrow heart

What the screener meant was that the main subject is not a picture of an aircraft or airport. The main subject is that of smoke trails in the shape of a heart and arrow through it. While there is an aircraft in the picture, it is too small to matter. Therefore, Distance and Motive are appropriate r...

"Screener rejection correct"

Hi
Why some head screeners say just "screener rejection correct" when appealed? Please provide enough comment and reply to my appeal comment to make me understand.

Hi, I do understand you and it will be great if the screening queue gets shorter. but we have to know that they are all volunteers with no pay. I believe they are doing their best.

Re: Crews never reply

You're not really referring to "crews" correctly — there's the editing crew, moderating crew, support crew, etc. We, the moderating crew, were never contacted, but it's not like there's anything we can do to fix this. I'm not even sure if the editing crew has the ability to edit the datab...

Re: Changing Screening Results

I can only see the thumbnail, so if you can post the full-size uploaded version it would be easier to comment. With that said, the light doesn't look very good, so unless it's a rare photo, I wouldn't expect it to be accepted. Thanks for replying Here's the link below 1st upload : https://imgproc.a...
