It might be worth calling their support line to see if they can charge you over the phone. If you booked a cheap ticket in Economy, you probably got a discount fare and thus cannot select your preferred seating. Alternatively, you should be able to select it 48 hours before departure.

So does that mean there will be no more Belgium based airline? Except maybe VLM in Antwerp. VLM went under at the end of August this year. After this merger, there will no longer be a Belgian airline, so to speak. It's a real shame, definitely. Sabena was the airline that flew me from South Africa ...

I think I saw something about SAA recruiting earlier today. Otherwise perhaps try something like Etihad, Qatar or Emirates who frequently hire people from all over the world.
