One of my friends who was a pilot in Jet Airways told me that they have started ground training and stuff. Also got to know that they are restarting.

I don’t think Jet would go bust, lenders led by SBI will buy a stake and when the operations are back on track, they will sell their stake to a potential buyer.

Looks like monitor lizard. This happened to me also 2 days back at DEL airport, we landed and after vacation had to stop the aircraft as a monitor lizard was crossing the taxiway.
At Ahmedabad airport, rabbits and dogs are common site on the runways and taxiways.

Hmm - DEL-TLV should do well considering the almost non-existent direct links between the 2 countries (El Al flies to BOM if I remember right). Most pax to/from TLV have to take a circuitous route via IST or fly to AMM and take the road connection. Direct connectivity is there, LY flies thrice week...

Yeah, but they are planning DEL service with A330 by end of this year or early next year.

With increasing tourism and trade between India and Australia, there is enough demand to support a second carrier in addition to AI. Am wondering why doesn't QF fly to either DEL or BOM? Will they introduce direct flights to India using their recently ordered B789 aircrafts in the near future?

What made SN to launch flights to BOM and not DEL? If they are cooperating with AI, they should have considered DEL, as it is AI hub and they have more presence in Delhi than Mumbai.
