I was getting worried about reading all these articles where pilot ability is degraded because they simply 'do not fly the plane anymore'!, and with some airlines, are even told off for not using the autopilot!

Well on the approach the plane is usually pretty quiet and you can distinctly hear the three ‘clicks’ on the Airbus and the ‘horn’ on the Boeing ! I would have to sit first front 4 rows to hear it.

GR is quite reasonable if you know how to deal with the locals and not get ripped off, which I guess you can say about many tourist destinations. In Mykonos and Santorini prices are insane, but thats becuase their packed season is only 2 months (July, August), so they try to take as much as they can...

I will miss them when they are gone! My main BA route ATH-LHR-ATH is so much more comfortable in the 767 than the cramped A320's. I love the 2-3-2 seating in Y, with only one seatmate next to me it is so easy to go for a walk whenever one pleases!
