This was likely just a placeholder schedule using pre-pandemic schedule. It's probably now been updated to the 'real' flying programme. I think with crew shortage, CX would not be able to suddenly increase to that extent

Looks like PR117 YVR-MNL is diverting to Tokyo. It’s descending now.

I have to assume PR119 from YYZ will divert to HKG if MNL remains closed. The PR LAX and SFO flights may divert to TPE or CEB.
