TK for a few years now has leased 747 freighter capacity from Kalitta Air and Atlas Air. Our forum member Bahadir has operated some of those trips. Thank you for the link, the cabin looks quite ok. Interesting their seats are configured as 3-3-3. As per my AirAsiaX experiences, the 3-3-3 configuration is rather uncomfortable. Good to know so I won't pick a flight with the KK 330's.. Their A321s have a seatpitch of 30' so I guess it's the same ...

Airbus NEO production is continuing to run late. Only two weeks ago LH said they would be receiving some 2019 frames in 2020. Same happening at many airlines. Yeah, it does not seem like TK took that decision unilaterally, although they may not really mind the delay. I do wonder about those sitting...

Well last time i was staying at Sirkeci and took metro to Zeytinburnu and then Ataturk..Now is there a way to save time by going up to a point with the metro or tram and then bus to new airport? Closest would be a bus to Eminonu. There's a dodgy bus "terminal" downstairs after the arrival...

TK will fly to KUL with the 787's from May 2020 onwards, replacing the current 330's.
I'm rather curious about the pax ex on board the 787's, can't wait to try it out.
