In agree to alot of statements here, i worked at manchester airport in the UK for 10 years on check-in/ boarding for various different airlines as i was a handling agent and most passengers are clueless of airline and aircraft, majority of the package holiday passengers probably won't even know what...

I traveled on a few 767 aircraft 2-4-2 config, extremely tight and not much space for crew with trolleys.

i worked for Etihad for 3 years in manchester, when i first started there everything was fine and a great airline to work for, however near the end the cost cutting affected us all, they moved there call centre from manchester to belgrade, hardly trained any agents up there so there customer service...

such a shame they are stopping building this beast. shame they have shot themselves in the foot building such a good aircraft in the A350 and of course the rival of boeing with the new 777x.

it was my understanding that all Air traffic control and aircraft pilots are supposed to speak in english to stop any incidents language related.

if that is not the law then it should be!

Im not suprised they use older aircraft on these routes planes are not respected by passengers on these routes and always end up needing a damn good cleaning.
