i worked for Etihad for 3 years in manchester, when i first started there everything was fine and a great airline to work for, however near the end the cost cutting affected us all, they moved there call centre from manchester to belgrade, hardly trained any agents up there so there customer service...Jump to post
it was my understanding that all Air traffic control and aircraft pilots are supposed to speak in english to stop any incidents language related.
if that is not the law then it should be!
