Re: Irish 7/19

I notice that the fake birds of prey have been removed from the rods that they were attached to at DUB, is this related to the bird strike that happened at the weekend? Speaking of birds, I think adding an additional bin to the spotting areas and actually emptying the bins regularly might be approp...

Re: Irish 4/19: Summer flyin', had me a blast

A C130 Hercules is in Dublin at the moment, I assume its transporting vehicles for Nancy Pelosi's visit. Interesting about paint discrepancy on the tail on the Aer Lingus A321neo. I think the livery has grown on a lot of people but I still think the titles are too small, especially on the A330s and...

Surely the demand is there for Aer Lingus to run a JFK route from Belfast on the A321neo.
Would this not require switching back to BFS from BHD due to runway length?

Virgin Atlantic are replacing their 747 on the Belfast to Orlando flights with an A332, anyone know if this is due to their 747's being phased out or just less demand on the route? 747 is showing the majority of the time https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190408/a47a885eb2333b9a0d9e1cf205fb1a8c.jpg

What is the work being done in front of the 200 gates / terminal 1 at DUB? Red and white barriers have been erected there recently. I'm assuming it's work on the taxiways. Can be seen in the background of this photo. Anyone know what it is? https://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/39995890213/in/...

The new livery has apparently leaked, it's appeared on other websites and social media. https://i1156.photobucket.com/albums/p578/Kev_Andrew/aerlingus%20new%20livery_zpskokyoxez.png The new shamrock and the titles are a complete mess in my opinion, it feels childish and dated at the same time. People on the BOSTON thread say something is happening here. What's that all about? Does it mean the likely first destination of the newly-branded plane will be BOS?
