This whole seat theory doesn't make sense. The seat maximum forward position still has to give space for the legs and body of the pilot, it can not be glued to the control column and panel squeezing the pilot against those. That video on X shows the movement from the extreme aft position of the seat...

Someone commenting in the avherald report of this incident says the touchdown was measured at 2,7 G's. Nevertheless, I Don't know how reliable is this source... And while 2,7 G is an awful number for a landing, we've seen landings at 3,X G's with damaged aircraft but no injuries. The head scratching...
