29.5 years, how ‘bout yourself? My guns haven’t killed anything. It isn’t a comparison between First Amendment and mass shootings—one is in the Constitution, the other is a felony. Owning one or many firearms doesn’t mean one is a felon.

Departures off of 01 at DCA, formerly 36, were common. Haven’t been there a long time, but many 727 take-offs from 36, left up the Potomac. Also, in Citations when DC was a frequent bizjet stop.

Can’t legally fly a jet while possessing a Basic Medical, must 1st, 2nd or 3rd Class. Basic Medical is not a certificate, limited to under 6,000 pounds TOGW, 5 or fewer passengers. I don’t think anyone without an ATP or at the bare minimum a CPL should be in a turbojet, personally. Even turboprops ...
