Alaska Airlines? Both Alaska and JetBlue are excellent alternatives to the big US three, each offering distinct product differentiators compared to their bigger cousins and even between the two of them. On these longer flights, I prefer JetBlue purely for the seat comfort and free Wi-Fi, though Ala...Jump to post

This will boost the program for sure.
The first prototype would be a nice and cheap candidate.
Airbus did a great job in attacking the NMA business case with the A321XLR. Great timing also. correct, and now nobody is waiting for the NMA anymore, the business case is dead! The A321neo cannot be a killer since the NMA is a future killer of A330- / 300 / 800neo... The 797 office is still offici...Jump to post
CEOs you can fly till 30 and they are still profitable especially on short stints <2h. Why replace them with an existing frame at 20 years of age when you can use them for 10 more. Delta will be the first one to start replacing them but it will be interesting how. Some probably with A321 others may...Jump to post
I am suprised about the remarkable silence after this serious incident. No real details from the NTSB or did I miss it? The NTSB should have a very good idea on what happened now. I didn`t see any AD regarding this incident. If this was really an uncommanded roll due to a computer error, an AD or w...Jump to post
Covered on this same press release: SJU will go from 3-5x/w (depending on season) to daily next S20. LAX will see the A350. NRT will see the A350 (guess only for the Olympics, during the S20), and will go from 4x/w to daily. IAD seemed the first more logical route for IB in the States. Canada remai...Jump to post
Alaska has sweetheart deal from Boeing written all over them. No doubt the lease rates on the A321neos will be sky high since they are in ultra high demand. But there's nothing they can do that the 737 can't do. Facts - since you know it more than the rest of us, prove it to my understanding the 32...Jump to post

Any exterior finishes
How did that come to pass?
Does it continue in the new Terminal 1?
How come the DL IB A350 can't fly LAX-SYD MAD-BOG? :duck: mad - bog is 4338 nautical miles, even the mighty a343 can do it so get your facts straight LAX - Syd is 6507 NM you should call delta and IB operations tell them you need information for school paper and ask them instead of using sarcasmJump to post
an A321 from SDQ to MCO made an emergency landing at NAS due to fire or fumes not sure any one has any insight?

looks like spirit and b6 got caught sleeping ehhh...at the rate F9 adds and cuts routes, B6 and NK don't have too much to worry about this. If 25% of these routes stick, I will be quite surprised. you're right but traffic to south florida from EWR is nuts every time i get to fly there flights are f...Jump to post

If FlyCana takes off it most probably will fly to SJU, MIA and maybe NYC. At that point we will see it they make it past a year. Aeromar. Air Santo Domingo, PAWA, Lan Dominicana all had lofty ambitions as well. It is very hard to take this airline seriously with that proposed route map.SDQ-ELP, GEO...Jump to post

UA is not going to order the A330-800 why not? I believe the 800 is cheaper than the dash 8 https://www.aviatorjoe.net/go/compare/A330-800neo/787-8/ Because United already has 787's in their fleet. Why would they order a plane they aren't familiar with, when they can order a plane that they are fam...Jump to post

My guess is new service announcements both domestic and international, Europe launch dates late 2020, new fleet addition announcements, and a stripped down mint variant of premium business cabin for the 320 (to coincide with the cabin refresh) and 220. you replied to me i love jetblue I only do BLUEJump to post

I doubt it, I don't see this lasting long enough to justify that. For reference it took about (5 weeks? correct me if I'm off) for DC-10s to be un-grounded . EWR has no slots. agree and disagree they do have for instance spirit was given slot to flight SDQ a few months ago, departure time is the key, 1:30 am who will their right mind will flight F9 at this time to SDQ, i heard they will be starting STI around the same time, jet blue does it from JFK B6 ...Jump to post

A350 made his first flight in 2013 - already looking for a new engine option? They have to be really unsatisfied with the current engines! I just hope that airbus make a plane base on the 220- wider and longer fuselage, bigger wings, and more composite before the 797 if boeing ever decides to launch itJump to post
