I wonder if an all Economy plus airline would be a success or not? How many Economy + seats could you fit in a A320? I know that when they first entered service they were I think fitted with 150 seats, now they have 186! Does the industry need to take a step backwards?

I was fortunate to fly on one of their A345's 'HB' to Istanbul in April which is still my only A340 flight ever. They seemed to be using the A345 on the route on a Friday instead of the A333 but haven't checked recently.

Istanbul can be a good starting point for the A310, regularly see Mahan Air A310's or A300-600's operated on this route.
