thanks for the replies guys. Did US Air fly clt-pdx then? or clt-sea possibly?
Jump to postI was told that in or around 1988, I flew on Piedmont from CLT to PDX (probably on a 767-200). However I can't find any route maps or flight schedules that confirms they actually had this route. I think they flew to Seattle, but not sure about PDX. Just curious if anyone has that info. Thanks!
Jump to postfor the record, i love this discussion, please don’t lock the thread.

This is slightly off topic (or a lot off topic), but does anyone know where to get Cargo #s for 2021? I'm curious about that.

Jump to postI would probably say anything with a crop factor, good autofocus, and ability to capture relatively high FPS. Think Canon 80d, 90d, 7dmk 2, Rebel T6i, T7i, etc.

I have the Macbook air with the M1 chip, and its honestly very impressive for a machine of its size and portability. It might struggle in lightroom at times with lots of edits, and bulk exporting is going to be slower, but in general I think its a very good machine for traveling.

Jump to postv15-1 and v26-1 really stand out to me. Think you'll have to do some work, especially on the former, to reduce some blurriness, but they're very nice pictures. The ground photos look like they're suffering from some heat haze, which I don't think is very fixable. Nice shots overall for sure. Thanks...

Jump to postIt does, to a maximum of 40. The more photos you have accepted in the database, the more you allowed to upload in the queue. Hi, what is the maximum amount of photos that can be in the queue at once? Currently I am at 5, but i'm not sure if it changes over time.
Thanks!
Thank you to those who responded with a reasoned argument based off the policies of the site. Jump to postYou're of course entitled to your opinion, but I'm not sure this opinion is necessarily in the majority. You seemed to indicate that you couldn't see the halos that I, and others, could see, in your photo. So a screener suggested using the "equalize" function in Photoshop to enable you to...
Jump to postGoing forward, I think the advice I would give to myself, and indeed all other aspirational photographers, is "edit your photos as minimally as possible, even if you think it looks bland and boring and flat, thats what they want." If you apply the Equalize filter, the halos around the gear and fuselage are displayed in an enhanced manner. Overuse of the shadow/highlight tool typically causes halos. Jump to postThis photo is none of these things. Are the screeners just bored, or overloaded with high quality photos? It needs some updating, but all the key points are there.
I want to hep you improve the image, its a nice shot. Clone out the spot, for the halos, ensure that you have not added any clarity/dehaze and the highlights are not too turned down.
