Hi there Martin,
Very interesting theory and breakdown.
It will be very interesting to see what others think!
Good day all,
We have a debate going on in our office.
Does anyone know the maximum altitude that a B747 can fly?
Here is some interesting reading.

Could this mean LH cargo would replace their MD11F with B777F in the future?
Or are they using the new company to asess the performance of the B777F and will then make a decision of their fleet replacement?

Jump to postGood day all,
Has anyone heard of an incident where a B747F freighter was tipped in ACC yesterday??
There is no visible loading equipment so I would assume loading or unloading was not taking place at the time.
Perhaps fuel was transfered to the tail tank in error sending the centre of gravity aft?
Good day all,
I have recieved plenty of photographs of a Gemini MD11F that tail tipped in DXB last week.
Does anyone know what happened, how it tipped?
The DC8 involved was Silverback Cargo.
When I had a look at it both forward right hand maingear tyres were totally off the wheels.
OK that was quick, the aircraft has been towed out the way and all debris removed from the runway.
03L is operational again and the airport is returning to normal.
For approximately 2 hours aircraft were taking off on runway 03R whilst 03L was blocked.
There is a DC8F blocking runway 03L and taxiway Echo at JNB at the moment. It appears to be an aborted take off and main gear tyres have burst. Tyres are being changed at the moment and the runw...
Jump to postHow about fuel contamination?
Water in the fuel causing both engines to flame out and difficult to restart.
Another terrible reminder to those of us that work out there to be careful at all times.
My thoughts are with his family and friends
I have heard a lot of story's about different mammal's, birds, reptiles, insects etc that present a hazard on the ramp but does anyone have photos of these? Similar to the thread starter.
