What's interesting is that LATAM in their investor call mentioned that they did not expect any changes to their codeshare relationship for months. They really did not see American reacting so swiftly to their move. AA is not going to sit pretty for sure.

You certainly can't fault UA for trying to make EZE work! They have tried to serve this market via EWR, IAD, JFK, MIA and ORD without success in recent years. American owns Argentina. I would never consider UA or DL. DL has issues all the time and with only 1 flight a day they have no wiggle room for any MX issues.
