Re: Ultimate Air Shuttle new adds: Pittsburgh/Manassas/Morristown-Outer Banks

I'd love to see NK on that from BWI. Outer Banks are just far enough that I don't want to drive

Re: WOW Ceases Operations

Just flew out of BWI and there was one WOW A321 sitting on the ramp outside terminal E. Wonder what will come of it

Re: American A321NEO Cabin Shots

I do see a USB port which is definitely a step up for AA. Not sure if they have a full AC power port, but for those of us bringing full laptops for a 6 hour flight, it's pretty much a necessity

That No1 engine is significantly more damaged than the No2. Must not have came down completely level or there was some in air damage

Re: David Neeleman Raising Funds for New U.S. Airline

It doesn't sounds like he really wants "bases" with this airline. It sounds like a point to point low/no competition airline. Thinking a lot of small airports to mid size cities.

Probably broke and scattered debris onto the runway intersection. Not sure how it could have been broken though

Re: Delta A319/A320 New Overhead Bins

Just recently had 2 A320 flights on Delta. The new overhead bins provide much more space for carry ons. The problem I had eith them is that it was tough to grab my bag out of the bin. Both times my bag got stuck because the bin tries to spring up and close or there needs to be a half inch more clear...

Re: food on domestic US flights

I honestly prefer it this way. It is much cheaper to buy food at the airport and bring it on rather than pay to subsidize food for the whole aircraft. Plus the quality is better and I have a choice. The only problem with this is if you are on a longer flight such as NY to CA. I suppose you can buy t...

Re: WN Schedule Extension July 7, 2016

I think we will see a reasonable amount of international expansion out of BWI. They will have the D/E connector finished by then which will significantly increase intl throughput. Only issue is that there is no connection from here to the main Southwest terminal.

Re: Baltimore/Washington Metro Aviation

BWI is trying to position itself better for the international market. With the D/E connector and Terminal E upgrades, it will have higher capacity and better facilities there. Wow has shown that people are willing to take the layover for a much cheaper across the pond pricetag. I think BWI has a lar...
