What’s happened to C-FAJA?
Had a friend on YYC-LHR on Monday night. Flight had a 1 hour delay. Left the gate, taxied to the runway but returned and didn’t leave until almost midnight. Arrived in LHR on Tuesday and appears to still be there.

Smoke is pretty bad here in YVR too. Just check the arrivals board and it's showing quite a few delays as well.

Canada has just started the process of requiring an ETA before arrival in to the country. Citizens of countries that do require a visa are required to obtain the ETA.

Only US citizens are exempt from this, in the same way Canadian citizens are exempt from the US ETA.
