I am looking at daft o'clock departures (05.00,06.00,07.00) from DEN/STL/ORD/IAD ( doing a mad 10 day cross USA tour!!!)

would there be any problems in overnighting in the terminal at these places or sleeping in the rental car before handing it back?

Sorry, didnt make myself clear. It is the UTD basic fare that applies for this flight and they dont mention a thing on the website only thsi piece Full-sized carry-on bags are not permitted You're not allowed a full-sized carry-on bag unless you're a MileagePlus Premier member or companion traveling...
