Watched an Egyptair A220 delivering across the pond via Ostend last night. Was cruising at 37k. Air Baltic and Delta are similarly above 30k. The lower altitudes for AC’s C-GROV are a puzzle if others are not.

Drop off IMHO is not the problem in terms of private vehicles, it's the pick up mob who clog airport forecourts and approach roads waiting to pick their nearest and dearest up from arriving flights, often arriving way too early and just sitting in their still running vehicles, causing congestion an...

According to FR24, the aircraft flies YYZ-YHZ-LHR-YHZ-YYZ before starting over again - so far, at least. Does the crew work YYZ-YHZ-LHR, then layover before working LHR-YHZ-YYZ? That's the way the A319 service YYZ-YYT-LHR used to work so I assume it will be similar with the MAX via YHZ and YYT late...

Interesting that the lower blade of the scimitar-style winglet remains white,
given how AC used green reflective tape to cover all protruding edges of the Airbus narrowbodies to prevent e.g. catering etc truck dings.

Why did the Yakustk ground crew only warm-wrap the main gear of that Aeroflot 737 and, apparently, not the nose gear? Mention was made of at minus 40C 'the tyres will get brittle'. So... nose gear tyres don't?
