Qatar and its neighbors have had a falling out, over a year ago, and several surrounding countries will not allow the airline to fly there anymore, or even fly over their airspace. If the US3 actually offered a good product, consistency and service then there would not be a need for all this. QATAR offers a far better product than any US3. It is time for them to grow up. Get rid of the horrible employees and remember that it is a service industry.

There is no comparison between the hard/soft/service product between QTAR and DELTA. Qatar far outshines Delta and that has NOTHING to do with subsidies, but service culture.

I have been there several times and love it. There is a lot to see/do. A lot of South Africa is not really safe, you have to use your head. I agree to never use public transportation. As for a safari, the big places are in Kruger above Jo'burg. I would never turn down a trip to Cape Town.

A real problem must be checked luggage since they have to delay the flight to take the luggage off of anyone who did not make it through <acronym title="Taipei - Sung Shan (TSA / RCSS), Taiwan">TSA</acronym>, and than the problem of matching luggage to a new flight.
