Okay, I'll bite: What does FOD mean? Foreign Object Debris can be junk that falls on the ground and sucked into an engine causing damage. It could be anything from trash to a suitcase, garbage, etc... The airport is responsible to maintain a clean ground around the airport so objects are not sucked...

PEK can be a difficult airport to transit. If you are on separate tickets and have to go through Customs and Immigration the very, very minimum would be 3 1/2 hours and even longer.

Qatar and its neighbors have had a falling out, over a year ago, and several surrounding countries will not allow the airline to fly there anymore, or even fly over their airspace. If the US3 actually offered a good product, consistency and service then there would not be a need for all this. QATAR offers a far better product than any US3. It is time for them to grow up. Get rid of the horrible employees and remember that it is a service industry.

There is no comparison between the hard/soft/service product between QTAR and DELTA. Qatar far outshines Delta and that has NOTHING to do with subsidies, but service culture.
