I am glad that you made it okay. When my son was little we were on an Amtrak that was delayed 8 hours because of snow.Jump to post

I flew on an AA 738 NG reconfig and I couldn't wait to get off the plane. Was even in the exit row, window. Thank god Alaska is holding off on those torture seats. I actually felt more comfortable flying on the Cape Air Cessna 402 than I did on the AA 737-800.... I love Southern Express Airlines Ce...Jump to post

Thank you Jeffrey.
It was my very first trip report here.
Hope to improve with following reports, that's why feed back is always appreciated.

I would love to hear the airline defend themselves as far as this case goes, but my guess they will attempt to settle out of court so that they do not have to defend themselves in court.Jump to post
There seems to be such an obsession with crucifying luggage carriers. Make it easier to reunite with bags after an incident and I bet you'll see fewer and fewer people try to carry them out with them. Also realize that people in shock/panic don't necessarily think about what they're doing in the he...Jump to post
Most people who work do something that is not professional at some point. Airline employees are no different. I am not defending them. I am just saying.Jump to post
Looks like PIT-JHW will be getting the axe due to lack of EAS funding: https://www.ch-aviation.com/portal/news/63056-us-dot-terminates-eas-subsidy-for-jamestown-ny Unfortunately nearly all of Southern’s operation in the Mid-Atlantic is in serious danger of losing EAS. Except for markets 210+ miles ...Jump to post

Thanks for reading! We had a blast in all three locations. I've always loved KL and who doesn't love Bali.

I have been a frustrated customer before. However, I have worked in customer service so I can understand why the employee got upset.Jump to post
I flew on a total of 29 passenger 727 flights over the years. My first flight - 1979 (EA). My last flight - 2003 (DL). There was a time back in ‘98 or so when I would fly UA exclusively between PVD and MSY because all four flights (PVD-ORD-MSY and vice versa) were on 72S aircraft. Great memories of...Jump to post

This is so typical of companies trying to wiggle their way out of helping their employees. Did you even READ the complaint, or the article? IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH NOT HELPING EMPLOYEES. The employees typically receive benefits already in excess of what the new state law requires, and for employe...Jump to post

I do not know why people get upset about flying to London on a 757. I flew from CVG to ANC, and MSP to FAI on 757's. Those were both very long flights, but were comfortable. I'm not sure of the timing of the flights you were on, but one issue is that many people want to get up and walk around/use t...Jump to post
I remember when I was a kid back in the 70's & 80's you could get a meal even on a 1 hour flight. However, a lot of people used to complain about the taste, and they would say that airlines should not even bother making food if it is going to be so bad. I guess they got their wish. lolJump to post
I am so excited. I am going to save up money to fly on Kenya.Jump to post
If this lady does not like the uniforms to the point that she felt she needed to write a letter to a Malaysian politician then she should just fly on another airline.Jump to post

Burundi looks like a beautiful country to visit. I hope someday Air Kenya flies to the US, as I would like to try them. Why so much capacity to/from CVG versus similar sized metros? I mean, I get ANC, as they're still a bit of a polar stopover point. Maybe Proctor and Gamble sells a lot of products in Asia. Other than maybe some Oil of Olay items, does P&G have many high value/time-sensitive items? I can't imagi...Jump to post

WOW's advantage is most people most likely take them at face value and don't realize what they are getting themselves into until the final bill arrives. It's DHL, the fly up to 8 daily flights on ANC-CVG, mostly with 744's and 748's. Does Singapore Airlines still fly a 747F to ANC? Yes, they fly ANC-CVG a couple times a week with a B74F. Why so much capacity to/from CVG versus similar sized metros? I mean, I get ANC, as they're still a bit of a pol...Jump to post

I have often wondered if El Al would ever consider flying to Washington. A year or so ago, MWAA accidentally posted one of their confidential docs on website about route development. El Al was on the list, as I gather TLV is one of the biggest unserved destinations out of IAD. https://www.flightglo...Jump to post
