Re: DL Pilots approve new contract

So where's all the "A union at Delta would change their direct relationship and kill their culture" folks? Seems to me that Delta pilots are living proof that you can be part of the Delta family and still have a union contract that provides for your REAL family (the one at home).

Why don't they just create a plane that's 1-1-1-1? That would be amazing comfort. Who cares about the fact that a 737-800 would only be able to carry about 120 passengers...come on!!!!

It will probably be a combination of new cities currently not served by UA and cities with existing UA service to other hubs where a flight to ORD wouldn't directly overfly the hubs they currently serve. My top 10: 1. MSO-ORD 2. PSC-ORD 3. CPR-ORD 4. BTR-ORD 5. TLH-ORD 6. VPS-ORD 7. GNV-ORD 8. DAB-O...

Re: Comparative Pay and Benefits at Airlines in North America

WN has over the past decade had the best compensation for it's employees but can some of the difference between WN and the others also be attributed to the fact that WN outsources much less personnel than the big 3? Not in a direct sense. The big 3 could be slightly lower because they actually make...
