Re: Historical US Airways Dash 8 routes

I remember flying on them out of Norfolk International Airport, VA when I used to visit friends there. Travelled on the following routes:

ORF - DCA
LGA - ORF (the flight up to LGA was on a Saab 340)

Re: TCX A321 at LHR today - reason ?

No fleet issues, just leased due to industrial action by the mixed fleet cabin crew. Here's a post from The BA Source: Thomas Cook Airlines A321 G-TCDN operated the following British Airways flights today: BA1306/BA1307 London Heathrow – Aberdeen BA1312/BA1313 London Heathrow – Aberdeen. The lease w...

Re: BA first class pyjamas

I had the pleasure of travelling back from Mumbai in First Class a few months ago - I was asked if I wanted a 'sleeper suit' and then was handed my pj's. I've kept mine and use them at home as they are quite comfy and cosy!

According to the EY source, it does appear to have been for medical reasons.

RE: Part 1:Qatar Airways - Thailand And India

Great Trip report and loved the pics at the end of it from your trip. I flew Qatar a couple of weeks ago on a trip to the Philippines and like yourself, left on the QR 16. Now I'm 6'4 and I did survive the flight but it was more cramped than what I've been us...

RE: Etihad A340-500 & A340-600, NRT-AUH-CDG J

Thanks for a great report. I've recently flown Etihad for the first time from the UK to the Seychelles and back. I bid for their upgrade to Business class on my return flights SEZ-AUH and <acronym title="...

RE: Departing Hamburg: We Can Bring Out The Good Stuff

Very enjoyable series of trip reports - I'm looking forward to going to read the final part. I flew on this aircraft back in March from the Seychelles (SEZ) to Dubai, however I was in steerage! It was still a great flight though. <img src="http://cdn-www.airliners.net/aviation-forums/graphics/...

Hi James, Enjoyed reading your latest trip report. Brought back memories of my own recent experience with MH in September also. I flew on the MH 003 on the 17th before continuing onto Jakarta. Was on the upper ...

Glad to hear you had a nice trip up to my home. There are plenty of things to do and see here - you just have to look around and maybe venture outside the city. Looking forward to your report on the MH 380. I was on that back in September for the first ti...

RE: Bulgaria Bourgas AirVIA BulgariaAir

Hello Markus, Thanks for a great post which has made me write this comment, my first ever post on this site despite being a member for a number of years! This trip brought back a lot of memories of my first visit to Bulgaria back in 1993 flying into Bourgas on a Balkan Bulgarian Tu-154 from Gatwick....
