If that's the case, then there will be no slack at all in the peak season and if an aircraft goes tech, there will be hell to pay. No spares anywhere on the network which is very efficient but is an almighty risk and a PR disaster waiting to happen.

The other option is to put a regionally configured 772 on the leisure routes. They are configured 38J/228Y so whilst there is a slight reduction in Y capacity, it can be flown with a more leisure-oriented product.
