3-3-3 is not really premium economy seating, could be PE minus though. Upper deck herringbone angled business class extra space is a good idea. May be tempting for some airlines to go herringbone who don't yet have this seat. 3-5-3 economy could be a winner for those airlines who liked having 5 seat...

I'm a little surprised that only 18 A350-1000 have been ordered, perhaps there's a possible A380/350/330 order likely, some frames for EI, IB and Level maybe.

.....why does BA use the A380 to BOS? Such a relatively short long-haul route. I thought BA preferred to have East Coast USA flights have as much frequency as possible, like JFK. I know there are already 4 flights to/from BOS but as one of them is an A380..... It appears just to be on day 5671 and ...

Yes LHR-ORD could be a good route for a BA A380 service, 2 sectors per 24 hour period, giving efficiencies. It'll be interesting to see if we ever get a BA super hi J A380, with say no Economy on the upper deck, WT+ moves back leaving space for more J seating.

South Terminal is also nearer to the railway station which means arriving passengers can hopefully catch an earlier train, am looking forward to this move for BA. Won't be surprised to see an EZY A321 230Y arriving at LGW fairly soon.

B787-10 - isn't this the perfect aircraft for more choice in economy seating? Passengers would chooses seats according to their needs and the airline would get additional revenues from seat choice payment streams. From the back you'd have standard 3-3-3, then some 3-3-3 rows with extra legroom. Next...

If you push the window seat closer to the window wall, shoulders and knees will rub against the wall, if you narrow the aisle, shoulders get hit by the carts and people moving in the aisles, 3-3-3 is just hell on this aircraft, and total hell on LHR-SCL, just like IB express and VY A321 hell on long...
