I had similar problem with my Canon 5D mk3 + 100-400 L IS (which was perfect on my 5D mk2).
Problems ended when I disallowed micro focus adjustment.

I think you can not upgrade this photo.

First of all because you took it through window and the window reflections are visible.

Other reasons: dark, low in frame, not centered (too much dead space in the left), soft, contrast, poor quality.
