Re: Air Canada News And Discussion Thread - 2022

Am I wrong to think that more people than ever want to get out of Canada due to the increasing covid restrictions? I for one hope that the stopping flights rumour is false. Totally false, link is no longer active. Would be massive news here in Canada. I'm booked to fly south on AC in two weeks, jus...

The first 763 freighter has entered revenue service earlier than planned to help BC with the floods. I believe it's FIN 634. It's still in old colours with no titles, but the old tail decal is still intact. https://vimeo.com/654280740 PR has an image as to what the 763s will look like once fully pa...

Absolutely crazy to see passenger's priority being filming and fumbling through the overheads, I don't understand the mentality these days. I'd also be very curious to find out why the crew delayed the evacuation when many were screaming 'fire', seems totally contradictory to our survival instincts ...

Great report thanks!! Flown on AC's 190s many times, Breeze has not changed the cabin at all except for a big cloth panel over where the PTV was.. interesting that they were able to match the upholstery from 2006. All AC's 190s had PTVs in all seats including business.

Amazing thanks! I guess the option to divert to YHZ wasn't there due to the "Atlantic Bubble'. Anyone arriving in Nova Scotia must quarantine for 14 days, restrictions are higher in NB. They could have flown to YUL but at that point you may as well go back to YYZ.
