BA had a close accident on a B744 taking off from Johannesburg.
The sensor that tells the LE flaps to retract actuated during a take off run, causing the slats to retract just before rotation.
The aircraft managed to get airborne, but it was close. The logic was changed after that.

The pack inop MEL on the A320 has changed over the years. Old aircraft were FL250, and the latest have no limitation. In between it was FL310.
Don't know if it can be changed, but you must check the MSN against the MEL.

On B777 , on the ground, with an engine at high power, the flaperon is deenergised so it can float in the engine exhaust. When the airspeed rises to 100kts, the flaperon is energised again so it goes back to normal operation. To avoid stress on the mountings at high engine thrust.
