ok, just beeing sentimental, but it serves it`s purpose: trasport of bulk loads.
Indeed, most of these comments are genuine. My father is a pilot himself flying for Transavia and I do hear a lot about his trips. It`s always nice to see a pic of my father (just simply put his logbook next to the date of a pic and voilà) and let him know about it. But sometimes the comments that a...

NICE!!!!!
The disignation "Heavy" is only used on intial contact With ATC units.
So it would be:
Initial contact:
"Schiphol Tower, Singapore 380 HEAVY Holding point rwy 24, ready for departure"
while further contacts would be without the "heavy":
"singapore 380 passing 2000'"
Turns me sad to know one of the greatest in aviation has died....
He was always one of my sources of inspiration.

It all could go a lot faster: <img src="http://aerocontact.com/medias/img/head290306b.jpg" width="160" height="120" border=0> just kiddin`, but my point may be clear. If all the pax would just remain seated untill a F/A says it`s ok, it will be a lot more efficient (and prevent a lot of irritation).
