This may be a stretch but if you wanted to apply for the FAA to change an approach fix (nav aid) name to memorialize someone who had an impact on aviation in the community and passed away, does anyone know how you would go about doing that?

While it may be within regulation, I don't think I'd want to pilot a 3 hours flight overnight just to turn around go back the other way.
