The reason was political, due to an unstable situation in Trinidad & Tobago at that time, our L1011 was held in Port of Spain for these 10 hours.

RE: How Many Times Have You Lost Your Luggage?

Two times my luggage was lost:
1) When I flew from Basle via Geneva and Lisbon to the Acores. Got my stuff one day later.
2) From Graz to Zurich, non of the passenger received the luggage, as the aircraft simply got forgot to be loaded. Also one day later I had my stuff.

My acceptance ratio was about 40 to 50%, then I changed all photos to "for sale", and so my acceptance ratio miracly rose to 90%...
After having removed the "photo for sale" option again, it's sank back to the poor ratio I had before. Interesting co-incidence, isn't' it? (...)
