Nice shots, Jerry! I appreciate it when photographers try for more challenging shots. Just because it doesn't make Airliners.net doesn't mean anything. While there are lots of great photos on this website, there are also tons of boring shots that got on just because of the lack of challenge involved...

Even if the elevator was jammed, the aircraft could still have elevator compression from such a high speed dive hence it starting to gradually nose up prior to impact.

After some research, I believe I'm going to go for the following:

Nikon D750
Nikon AF-S FX NIKKOR 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6G ED
Nikon AF-S FX NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED

I feel this covers the low and high end very well. Any thoughts?

Lone Star One was retired but re-born as N931WN, I believe. Flying once again! Hasn't that already happened? I saw it on another thread with a link to WN's twitter. Were they just announcing it then or is it flying now? It's been flying for weeks. Saw it over Houston a few weeks ago. Looks great!
