Speaking from a purely legal point of view, the country of registration <b>always</b> has jurisdiction when something happens onboard, even if the plane sits idling in a foreign country. No it does not! It has overhead CRT monitors hanging in the aisles, and as far as I remember (on the Combis at least) no overhead projection on the bulkheads. Still, the seats are really good, in my experience the best Y seats over there. Good old 80s/90s style!
