MH didn't axe BNE- the route was suspended after the two crashes, but it was reinstated a few years later. However, BNE-KUL has not operated during COVID restrictions.

There is a newish rule about card disputes- they must now be within the last 60 days. This is a big problem if you buy the ticket 3 months out and you encounter problems.

Agree with above- plus often their transit times aren't convenient and they have lower frequencies. Honestly, their pax numbers are probably insignificant compared to ME3/EU3.

The 737 classics might be there to comply with an Indo govt. regulation that requires airlines to own a certain number of aircraft in the fleet (they don't need to be in service).
