Question regarding new EWR Terminal A

I tried searching for this, but couldn't find anything.

In the plans for the new EWR Terminal A, PANYNJ intends to tear down the "banjo's" of the existing Terminal A, but not the head house. Why? What are the plans for it?

SEA is also still somewhat split - with certain flights still leaving and departing from the B Concourse and two United Clubs.

FInal consolidation won't happen until May of next year when UA will take over gates 6 through 14 on the A Concourse.

I've noticed this as well. I think the scent is in the blankets. That's where I most notice it. However, it wouldn't be hard to spray the scent on the seats and carpet before each flight.
